Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DFW Comps, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

DFW Comps provides comparable market analysis (CMA) reports for real estate properties. Reports are produced using MLS data and professional analysis. Reports are for informational purposes and do not constitute an appraisal or guarantee of property value.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled. One-time purchases are non-refundable once a report has been delivered. If we cannot produce a report for your property, we will issue a full refund or credit.

Disclaimer

CMA reports are not appraisals and should not be used as a substitute for a professional appraisal. DFW Comps makes no guarantee regarding property values. Investment decisions should be made with appropriate professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

DFW Comps is not liable for any investment decisions made based on our reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
