When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely through Stripe). When you submit a CMA request, we collect the property address and any notes you provide.

- To send transactional emails (confirmations, report delivery)
- To improve our service and user experience
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Supabase for data storage and authentication).
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and private file storage for reports. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
